Convert the calling string to lower case.

Description

The toLowerCase() method converts the calling string to lower case. The calling string isn’t changed.

Examples

Convert an email address to lower case:

"john.doe@EXAMPLE.COM".toLowerCase()

"john.doe@example.com"
