repair

Run data repair.

faunadb-admin repair

Description

The repair command runs a repair process on the cluster’s internal data storage.

This command is typically unnecessary, yet there are edge case scenarios where a significant disruption in one or more replicas, including multiple simultaneous node failures, can potentially cause internal structures to return erroneous results.

While the repair command is running, cluster performance is impaired because all stored data is being evaluated.

Example

faunadb-admin repair
Loaded configuration from /etc/faunadb.yml...
Repair started.

Arguments
