fauna cloud-login

Log in to Fauna.

Syntax

fauna cloud-login [-- help]

Description

The cloud-login command logs in to Fauna. If successful, the command adds a related endpoint, including an authentication secret, to the .fauna-shell configuration file. See Configuration.

cloud-login is the preferred way to add an endpoint. Use fauna endpoint add to add a non-standard endpoint, such as when using the Fauna Dev Docker image.

GitHub or Netlify login

fauna cloud-login requires an email and password login. If you log in to Fauna using GitHub or Netlify, you can enable email and password login using the Forgot Password workflow.

Multi-factor authentication

If your account has multi-factor authentication enabled, cloud-login prompts you for your multi-factor authentication code.
