Fauna Service End of Life FAQ

How long will the Fauna service remain available?
The Fauna service will be turned off on Friday May 30 at 12:00pm Pacific time. All Fauna customers need to move their applications and their data out of Fauna by that date. After this date, all Fauna accounts and their associated data will be permanently deleted.
Do I need to move from Fauna to a new database?
Yes, you will need to move your applications and your data to a new database. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. To that end, we have built new tooling and provided guidance on migration approaches in this migration guide. You will continue to have access to our support who will be available to assist as much as they can during this transition.

How can I delete my data from Fauna?
Once you no longer need your Fauna account, create a support ticket with a delete request on our Support Portal.
Can I sign up for a new Fauna account?
No. You can no longer sign up for a new account and existing trial customers will no longer be able to upgrade to a paid account.
Will support continue to be available?
Support is available for customers on Startup, Pro, and Enterprise plans. To create a support ticket, please visit our Support Portal. Customers on the Free and Pay as you Go plan can visit our community forum to get help from the community.
